Please note the following:

Registration opens Novembe 16, 2009.

Log onto the system with the child's name. This is extremely important! You will be prompted later to enter the parent/guardian name in the payment information section.

Choose a class according to the child's current grade level.

If a selection is not available, that means the class is full. Please choose another class.

If there is a supply fee connected to the class you choose, it will be automatically added to your total.

A confirmation notice will be sent to you when your application materials are received.
DEADLINE
To avoid a late fee, all materials must be faxed or postmarked by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 15. Students applying after this date will be charged a $30 late fee. All applications must be postmarked or faxed by 5 p.m. on January 20. Applications will not be accepted after January 20th. Students are placed in classes on a first-come, first-served basis, and many of our popular classes will fill before the application deadline. For the best choice of classes apply early!
PAYMENT AND REFUND INFORMATION
The fee for Super Saturday is $195 per child. Some courses also have an additional supply fee (see course descriptions for details).
After January 15, a $30 late fee is required.
Checks should be made payable to Purdue University. Tuition may also be charged to Discover, VISA, American Express or MasterCard.
You will receive a confirmation notice after all application materials are received. If you do not receive notice at least three days prior to the first class, please call our office to check class assignment and location. If any classes are canceled due to insufficient enrollment, students will be
contacted. Purdue is not responsible for costs due to concellation.
If it is necessary for a child to withdraw, the follow policy will apply:
- If a child withdraws before 5 p.m. on September 18, a full refund will be given.
- If a child withdraws between September 18 and the first day of class on October 3, a tuition reimbursement less a $50 registration fee, will be refunded. - If a student withdraws between January 15 and the first day of class on January 20, and full payment has not been made, the full fee less $50 is still owed.
- If a student withdraws or does not show up to class (without notifying the GERI office of withdrawal) after classes have begun, and full payment has not been made, the full fee is still owed. |
