WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Super Summer courses are designed for students of high ability and motivation. The pace and level of these courses are appropriate for students in the top ten percent of the population in a given program area. Students wishing to participate in Super Summer should have a specific interest in the subject area of his or her class.

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION - REGISTRATION OPENS ON MARCH 20, 2009

Register online at www.conf.purdue.edu/supsum09

  • Chose a class in the proper grade level in which the child is eligible. Students should enroll in a class in the same grade level that they will complete this school year (2008-2009).
  • If a selection is not available, the class is full and you will need to choose another class. If there are no other classes available in your grade level, the grade level is full and you will need to call the GERI office at 765-494-7243 to enroll.
  • Log on to the system with the child’s name. You will be prompted later to put the parent/guardian name in the payment information.

A confirmation notice will be sent when your application materials are received. Complete one form per child. We can’t give class availability over the phone.

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?

To avoid a late fee, all materials must be faxed or postmarked by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 23. Students applying after this date will be charged a $30 late fee.

 

Students are placed in classes on a first-come, first-served basis, and many classes will fill before the application deadline. For the best choice of classes, apply today.

 

CAN WE STILL APPLY AFTER MAY 23?

With payment of a $30 late fee, we will accept late applications (if space permits) until the Monday of the first class session (June 4). We will personally notify late applicants by Friday, May 30, if space is available. If we have no shows on the first Monday, we will place late applicants in those available spaces.

 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollments, the student will be placed in his/her second choice class.  Our refund and withdraw policy is as shown:
